Why I'm passionate about this wine,
Shiraz the way it was meant to be, a natural flavour that can be paired with beef, lamb, chicken or game or just simply tasted because I love Shiraz. It's understandable why it's one of the most popular wines in Australia. It has blackberry, plum aromas laced peppery tones. The palate is generous and full bodied, a beautiful wine.
