Why does Pinot Noir pair well with Salmon! It's aromas are very versatile and can go well with Fish, Salmon, duck or a spicy Asian meal. I completely recommend this Pinot for quality at an exceptional price.
What you can expect from this Pinot Noir:
This sensitive Pinot Noir has aromas of Cherries, Strawberries and Lychees' with violet notes. A red berry palate with smooth tannin and a tang of acid. Produced from a single vineyard in the Fleurieu Peninsula South Australia it symbolises the quality of the Pinot in this region.
I really enjoyed this Pinot Noir, it's quality from quality fruit. Tomich is a 5 Star Halliday winery which is not a surprise. It's a beautiful aromatic Pinot Noir created in the Adelaide hills. It's distinct flavours shine above the average Pinot. I highly recommend this great red. It's an intense reaction when you first absorb its flavour. Halliday 90 award doesn't do it justice.

Why I'm passionate about this wine,
