Chardonnay - Hastwell & Lightfoot Chardonnay 2014 - White Wine
What they say about this Chardonnay:
Hastwell & Lightfoot have produced Chardonnay for 25 years producing intense variations in flavours in that time. This beautiful variety has a Melons and Lemons sense that is one of their best. The Chardonnay white grape is like no other, able to produce so many flavours from year to year. Produced in the beautiful Mclaren Vale region it takes on the flavours of that region. A white wine made for eating.

White Wine -
Why does Sauvignon Blanc pair well with fish. I enjoy this wine because it's primary flavours of Lime, Apple and passionfruit make it a great choice for seafood, herb dishes and salads. You wont be disappointed.
What others say -
Understandably this is an award winning Semillon Sauvignon Blanc with brilliant colour, with a fruit driven blend and a lively "fruit cocktail" nose. A delicious combination of herbal tones guava and passionfruit, which has a lingering vibrancy with a lovely crisp finish.
Jim Barry's Riesling has won many prestigious awards, derived from Watervale in the Clare Valley this balanced Riesling has generous citrus flavours of Lemon and Lime. A perfect match for seafood or spicy Asian cuisine.
Sidewood Pinot Gris has received many gold awards for this excellent vintage and it's not surprising. Made from hand-picked fruit from its Oakbank Adelaide Hills winery it has enticing aromas of nashi pear, crisp green apple with hints of gooseberry, green mango, peach and grapefruit and crisp minerality. Partial barrel ferment in old French oak barrels. Perfect compliment to seafood dishes or a fragrant salad.
